I prefer to use my website to announce books, freebies, and inform my readers about upcoming releases. However, recent changes in self-publishing have forced me to speak out on the censorship and bullying that has been perpetrated by the credit card processing company known as PayPal.

PayPal demands the removal of subjects such as pseudo incest, incest, bestiality, rape-for-titillation, and underage erotica. Several of my books contain pseudo incest, which is sex between consenting adults, all over the age of eighteen, who are not biologically related. It is perfectly legal; there is no law against pseudo incest. Wikipedia states the prefix pseudo "(from Greek ψευδής "lying, false") is used to mark something as false, fraudulent, or pretending to be something it is not”.

Bookstrand was the first casualty, and I have since had ALL my books removed from that site, although I believe this was just an excuse to “get rid of” independent authors at their site.

All Romance and Smashwords no longer carry my books that contain pseudo incest themes. This includes most of The Stacy Series, The Demon In Alice, My Daddy, The Politician, and several anthologies.

The Dildo Caper

I did a fair amount of babysitting in my early teens. I had a standing Wednesday night gig at a neighbor’s house, watching their son and daughter while the parents attended bible study.
