Moan for Bigfoot starts off with strong characters and a deceptively intense sex scene right off the bat, as a cast of young men and women head out into the woods with the father of one of the guys for some exploring. Porsche, a young college-age woman, hooks up with Mr. Vandercamp, the older man of the group. After some shockingly dirty-talk sex, Porsche’s even more shocked my the older man’s seemingly nonchalant treatment of her. He tells her it was a mistake and expects her to act as if nothing happened.
When the group finds a footprint that is allegedly that of Bigfoot, Mr. Vandecamp assumes one of the boys is playing a practical joke. The cosmic joke, though, is on him: Bigfoot’s real.
Kidnapped and caged, the three young women in the group — Porsche, Leslie, and Shelly — are each ravaged by Bigfoot, but come to the realization that they liked it. A lot. Porsche in particular. Through a series of events (can’t leave spoilers!) Porsche comes to fall in love with Leonard, and his humanity (even under the big furry rug of his outside) captivates her.

Porsche learns that there is an entire village of Bigfoots paired with women they’ve kidnapped, all breeding and all happy with their plight. As groups of rescuers seek the three missing women, the Bigfoots’ protective, sexual energies that seem so appealing contrast with their brutal nature when the girls might leave.
The collection has so much humor, suspense, and hot sex that it seems impossible to balance it all out, yet the author absolutely hits it out of the park with the home run. I can see why the Bigfoot stories have been so popular and such great sellers for so long. Off to get the next one…”
